Issue
We are currently seeing problems with Citrix Workspace App version 2511, which was released on December 23. Affected users are presented with a frozen screen, rendering the system unusable and preventing any interaction.
Recommended actions
- Uninstall the Citrix Workspace App completely using the Citrix Workspace Removal tool
- Once downloaded run the Citrix Workspace Removal tool, click y then hit enter to begin the process
- After successful completion reboot the PC
- Post reboot use the following link Citrix Workspace Version 2507 to install the approved bug free version
