How To – Creating a PMC

PMC is a type of Preventive maintenance entry designed to combine procedures of different frequencies on one entry for a given piece of equipment. the abbreviation PM stands for “Preventive Maintenance Consolidated” because it consolidates the frequencies into one entry.

When would I use a PMC? Use a PMC when you have a piece of equipment with tasks that need to be done at different intervals. Example: A car that needs a Quarterly oil change, a Semi-Annual tire rotation, and an Annual transmission fluid change.

Setup

On the PM Entry screen, choose the type PMC.

This will set the window up with Frequencies listed on the left and a spot to enter the equipment on the right.
