AI Checklist generation is a tool to efficiently create checklists using AI.

Use AI to generate checklists from the Checklist definition Entry screen.
To access the Checklist Definition Entry screen simply navigate to it via:
- Module
- Preventive Maintenance
- Checklist Definition Entry

In the top right corner of the window click the “AI Baseline Checklist” button to bring up the Checklist AI Generator.

In the Asset/Equipmnt Information section you have the option to choose a specific piece of equipment to create the checklist for. Alternatively, an equipment description can be added on the next page.
To add equipment, either type the equipment number or use the search button to find the equipment the checklist will be for. Once the checklist is created, it can be attached to as many PMs and equipment as required.
In the Checklist Type section, choose the frequency, the checklist will be performed by selecting from the drop down list. Check as many task types as desired. All types will be checked by default.
Choose the type of checklist you are requesting by clicking the drop down and choosing from the list.
All of the above information will be passed to the AI generator.
The Agent Criteria section tells the AI Agents how you would like them to generate the checklist.
Hit Next.

On this page the Equipment description field shows the description taken from any selected equipment on the previous page. If no equipment was chosen on the previous page, enter a description here.
If desired, you can add a manual by clicking AddManual to upload a PDF copy of the equipment’s manual.
Remember, the more information you can provide, the better the results will be.
Click Generate Checklist.

Once the checklist is generated it will be displayed in the Checklist Definition Entry screen. Be sure to check I over, tasks can be added, removed or edited. Once you are happy with the checklist, hit Save.
